Terms of Service
Effective date: 23 March 2025
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the OrganicOS website at organicos.io and any related services operated by infotropic.tech (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this website or requesting a product demo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
OrganicOS is a managed IT infrastructure platform for EU small and medium-sized enterprises. It provides:
- A declaratively configured, role-based workspace environment
- Hosted on self-hosted, dedicated EU infrastructure (Germany / Finland)
- Continuous management, updates, and security monitoring
- GDPR, NIS2, and ISO 27001 control alignment as structural properties
The website is currently in early access mode. Submitting a demo request constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding service agreement. A separate Service Agreement will govern any live deployment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legal entity or act in a professional capacity to use this service. By submitting a demo request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to represent your organisation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via any form on this site
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system
- Use automated means to access or scrape this website
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable EU law
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of infotropic.tech or its licensors. The OrganicOS platform incorporates open source components; their respective licences apply to those components.
Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our trademarks, trade names, or service marks.
6. Data Processing
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the GDPR.
For live deployments, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed as part of the Service Agreement in accordance with GDPR Article 28.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, infotropic.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website shall not exceed €100.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, except where EU consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with any active engagement.
